Active Gym

Active Gym, spearheaded by Jamie, is at the heart of the gymnastics scene in Walsall, UK. Offering engaging and instructive sessions for kids aged 18 months to 13 years, Active Gym operates from three well-equipped centres in Rushall, Walsall Wood, and Bloxwich. Each one-hour session at Active Gym utilises state-of-the-art equipment. The Preschool classes, crafted and guided by Jamie's team of top-tier coaches, introduce young gymnasts to the sport in a fun and interactive way. Parents and children alike benefit from this early start.

Mini Gym serves as the ideal transition to the Foundation classes, allowing gymnasts to work in familiar groups while learning new skills on the floor and apparatus. Foundation classes cater to all abilities, focusing on skill development across up to five apparatus pieces. These sessions are both educational and enjoyable, with kids regularly achieving new certificate levels.

For advanced young gymnasts, Jamie offers invite-only Squad classes. These cater to kids who excel in the Foundation programme, focusing on higher-level skills and even preparing some for competition.
