Located at 180 Main Highway, Ellerslie, our clinic is easily accessible with off-street parking available at the back. We are open on Saturday mornings for Pilates classes, providing you with the flexibility to fit our services into your busy schedule. Our hours of practise are Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
