Active Aldershot Summer Camp 2024

Angus Full Circle Judo Club is excited to announce a Summer Camp for children in Burlington, Canada. The camp is designed for kids of all fitness levels and focuses on teaching fundamental movement skills tailored to each child's age and ability. Through skills and drill methods, our camp aims to instill confidence, fair play, and belief in the physical abilities of the participants.

Physical literacy is a key component of the program, ensuring children acquire the basic building blocks for engaging in various physical activities and sports. Activities include indoor and outdoor games, crafts, and swimming at Aldershot Pool and Lasalle Splash Pad. Our goal is to help children develop fundamental movement skills in different environments such as water, ice, snow, and air, with swimming playing a vital role in the camp.

The camp schedule runs from Monday to Friday, with drop-off at 9:00 am and pick-up at 4:00 pm at Active Aldershot Centre. Optional early drop-off and late pick-up services are available at an additional cost, with discounts offered for multiple weeks and families. Our staff consists of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to providing a positive, fun, and safe learning environment for the children. Our employees are locally sourced, including college and university students with backgrounds in Sports, Kinesiology, and Child Education. Training opportunities are also available for students interested in recreation and sport development.
