Madeline's aim at Activate Pilates is to help you boost strength, tone up, and improve flexibility and posture. Group reformer classes are limited to seven participants to ensure personalised workouts. These sessions use reformers with pulleys, resistance springs, and a moveable carriage, adaptable to any fitness level.
Group classes last 55 minutes and focus on light weights and high reps, ensuring a full-body workout that’s both effective and fun. You’ll see quick results and feel great.
For different fitness levels, Madeline has tailored classes. The Essential Reformer class is perfect for beginners or a slower pace, focusing on core strength and flexibility. The standard Reformer class suits those with some Pilates experience, while the Reformer Plus class challenges regular attendees with advanced exercises. For a cardio boost, the Jumpboard class is intense and ideal if you're already familiar with Reformer sessions.
Classes are scheduled throughout the week, with morning and afternoon slots, including early sessions for the early risers among you.
