Gary, along with his skilled teammates Andrew, Aaron, and Charlotte, is here to help you arm yourself with vital skills, from basic self-defence and de-escalation techniques to boosting your body confidence. Everyone’s welcome, no matter your age or ability.
Every Activ8 instructor goes through extensive training to ensure top-notch coaching. They combine knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and even a bit of Japanese, making each class not just a learning experience but also enjoyable and engaging. Safety is key, so rest assured, all instructors hold the highest level DBS checks, valid insurance, and regular First Aid training.
On top of that, Activ8 works with Louise Goddard, an international athlete and Health & Wellbeing Coach. Whether or not you're into traditional clubs, Louise is here to help with personalised exercise and nutrition plans.
