Action Potential Fitness is a welcoming and inclusive gym located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our mission is to celebrate everybody and every life by providing a shame-free, weight-neutral space for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities. Our gym offers programs that adapt to meet every ability level, ensuring that everyone feels supported and empowered on their fitness journey.

We offer a variety of services and programs to meet our members' diverse needs. Our certified Personal Trainers provide individual, partner, and small group training that is fully customized to each individual's needs and goals. We also offer a range of group fitness classes, from strength training to cardio dance and kickboxing, that cater to different fitness levels and interests.

In addition, our Trauma Informed Behaviour Change Specialists provide Whole Person Wellness services that address the biological, psychological, and social factors that impact overall health. These evidence-based tools are designed to support individuals in unlearning old patterns and creating new, healthy habits.

Our leadership team, including owners Toni Harris and Zita Dube-Lockhart, as well as Head Trainer James Foley, are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive fitness community. With backgrounds in diversity and inclusion, neurobehavioural aspects of fitness and health, and mental health, our team is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for all individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
