Established in 2003, ACMAC Dunscroft Martial Arts is a gym located at 6 Station Road, Stainforth. Training in ACMAC Dunscroft Martial Arts encompasses a variety of disciplines, including Multi Skilled Martial Arts, Kick Boxing, SDF Modern Street Combat, Submission Wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, Fitness Kick Boxing, and TWMA Weapons. The gym also has a specialised programme called Little Dragon's for children aged 5-6. Classes are divided into Kids (7-12 years) or Adults (13 years and above), with separate ladies-only Kick Boxing classes available.
ACMAC Dunscroft Martial Arts operates in multiple locations across Doncaster, including Balby, Mexborough, and Roundhay. The Balby school is located at 4 Sandford Road, behind the MOT Garage and Scarbrough Barracks, near McDonald's. Classes are held Monday to Friday, with Kids Martial Arts and Little Dragons being its main offerings. Andy Crittenden, a 6th Dan Black Belt, and his team of 20 plus instructors lead the classes.
The Mexborough school is based at Mexborough Resource Centre on Dolcliffe Road. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, classes are held for Little Dragons, Kids Multi Skilled Martial Arts, and Adult/Teens Multi Skilled Martial Arts. The school is led by head instructor Cieran Ashbridge, a 4th Dan Black Belt, and Kelly Ashbridge, an advanced instructor with a 4th Dan Black Belt. Both instructors are fully-qualified, DBS Checked, and insured.
Roundhay school operates out of The White House Pub on Wetherby Road in Leeds. It offers classes on Mondays and Thursdays for Little Dragons and Adult/Teens Multi Skilled Martial Arts. Head instructor Tia Rowe is a 2nd Dan Black Belt and is thoroughly qualified, DBS Checked, First Aid Trained, and insured.
