Through high-intensity interval training (HIIT), participants can reap maximum benefits in a shorter period of time, making it ideal for those with busy schedules. The variety of Small Group Training classes include Kettlebells, Powerplate HIIT, Boxing Fitness, and Classic Circuits and Bootcamp.
For a more personalised approach, Personal Training is available. This option allows individuals to work closely with a team of experienced trainers who will design a fitness plan tailored specifically to their goals and needs. Progress and review sessions are conducted over 6-week blocks to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
Small Group Personal Training is a cost-effective way to experience the benefits of Personal Training in a small, supportive group setting. This programme aims to push individuals out of their comfort zones and keep them accountable to their fitness and wellness journey through goal setting and progress tracking.
Accomplish Fitness also offers Accountability Programmes to support individuals in making better lifestyle changes, providing extra motivation, and helping them stay accountable to their personal goals both in and out of the gym. These programmes are designed to foster long-term success and growth.
The facility is open daily from 6 am to 9 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 1 pm on weekends, providing ample opportunity for members to fit their workouts into their schedules.
