For children aged 7-12, our Ninja Kids classes instil the importance of making the right choices in life and navigating peer pressures.
We also cater to teenagers between the ages of 13-16, offering a class aimed at nurturing them into confident and brave young adults. Our adult lessons, available for those 17 and above, guarantee a transformation in fitness, strength, and confidence.
