The Academy's training schedule for the year 2019-2020 includes sessions for various age groups and skill levels, from young beginners to advanced teens and adults. Judogi attire and sandals are mandatory for training, and the Academy can provide a Judogi for those trying out Judo for the first time. It is recommended to bring a water bottle and towel for training sessions.
