AB-THLETIK

AB-THLETIK is a physical fitness program located in Repentigny, dedicated to helping individuals reach their peak performance levels. With a focus on multisport physical preparation, the program aims to maximize training time and teach correct techniques to prevent injuries and achieve fitness goals.

AB-THLETIK PERFORMANCE is committed to developing and maximizing the full potential of athletes. Through a specialized and long-term development approach, our physical preparation programs concentrate on optimizing muscle and physiological qualities to translate into improved performance in the athlete's chosen discipline.

Led by high-level training specialist Audrey Blanger, B. Sc. Kinesiology, AB-THLETIK offers group classes, semi-private sessions, and individual training sessions with a private kinesiologist. These sessions focus on functional training exercises targeting muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness for surpassing personal limits and achievements.

The program also includes a fitness program designed for group or private sessions, allowing for personalized approach to fitness goals. Additionally, a summer day camp for multisport physical preparation is offered, with limited spots available.

Located at 1111 Bd Basile-Routhier in Repentigny, QC, AB-THLETIK welcomes beginners, intermediates, and advanced individuals looking to enhance their physical fitness levels. With a two-week day camp available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, the program caters to youth aged 7 to 14.
