Are you the owner of Absolute Taekwondo Association?

Hard, be dedicated, and have the right mindset to succeed in Taekwondo. But rest assured, the Absolute Taekwondo Association is here to support and guide you every step of the way.
The Absolute Taekwondo Association, located in Sutton Coldfield, offers martial arts classes for both adults and children. Led by Master John McNally, a 7th-degree black belt in Taekwondo, along with his experienced team of instructors, the school focuses on teaching the original Chang Hon military version of Taekwon-do.
Unlike the Olympic sport version, this style incorporates the use of both hands and feet, emphasising flexibility, power generation, self-control, and real-life applications of self-defence. Through training at the Absolute Taekwondo Association, students will not only gain physical fitness but also develop self-belief and confidence.
The school caters to individuals of all ages, from 4 to 74, with instructors who hold Enhanced DBS Checks and are fully qualified and registered with the National Governing Body for the United Kingdom and the International Taekwondo Council. With dedication, students can expect to get fit, improve flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence.
At the Absolute Taekwondo Association, the instructors are committed to pushing, encouraging, and challenging their students. They offer group lessons where students can learn effective self-defence techniques, conflict resolution, and life skills while forming friendships and becoming more aware and safer in their everyday lives.
For those who prefer a more personalised approach, one-on-one lessons are available. These lessons offer a tailored fitness programme, diet recommendations, and the opportunity to learn at one's own pace. Whether it's at home or at a gym or squash court, the instructors can accommodate individual needs and goals.
The school offers classes at various locations in Sutton Coldfield, including Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls and Streetly Community Centre. Lessons are held on Sundays and Wednesdays, with separate sessions for beginners, advanced, and seniors.
In addition to Master John McNally, the assistant instructors at the Absolute Taekwondo Association include James Whitehouse, a 3rd-degree black belt, Mr. Joseph Lynch, a 2nd-degree black belt, and Mr. Adrian Sweeney, also a 2nd-degree black belt. Mr.
Sweeney is the official instructor teaching in Armagh, Northern Ireland, and serves as the right hand to Master McNally and the Secretary of the ATKDA Association.
