Aber Wing Chun, located in Aberystwyth, Wales, has been a haven for martial arts enthusiasts since 2007. Established by Sifu Craig Kennedy and Sifu Mark Biddlecombe, the club offers a welcoming space where anyone, whether a beginner or seasoned pro, can dive into the world of Wing Chun.
Wing Chun, famed for its quick strikes and low kicks, is an excellent choice for self-defence. At Aber Wing Chun, you'll hone your reflexes and get in tune with your body's mechanics through engaging, hands-on training.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Whether you want to ramp up your self-defence skills, boost your fitness, or just try something new, Aber Wing Chun has got you covered. No need to worry about special gear—just wear something comfy like you would for the gym.
Classes run every Thursday from 7-9pm at St. Padarn's Church Hall in Llanbadarn Fawr. Craig and Mark ensure you get the best out of your training with personalised guidance and support.
Curious to give it a go? Your first class is on the house. After that, it's just £7 per session, plus a small annual membership and insurance fee.
