Alex, who’s got a solid background in sports like hockey and tennis, knows all about what athletes need. He’s even trained university-level players. At ETS, they’re all about upping your game with workouts that boost power, speed, agility, coordination, balance, and endurance. Think intense, athlete-style training but for everyone.
The boot camps at ETS are a blast, packed with whole-body workouts that burn calories, build strength, and ramp up your endurance. With classes set from January 2023 and registrations open until December 20, 2023, you’ll find a fun, motivating space to hit your goals—only 30 spots per session, so it’s cozy enough to get the attention you need.
