Welcome to Yugumbir State School Auskick, located in Brisbane, Australia! As a member of the NAB AFL Auskick programme, our club is dedicated to helping children get active, learn valuable life skills, and form lasting friendships through Australian Football.

At Yugumbir State School Auskick, we believe that learning should be fun. That's why our game-based activities are designed to disguise learning as playing. Children can join Auskick in the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of their previous experience with Aussie Rules.

Our sessions, which run for one hour per week, create a lively and energetic environment where kids can feel comfortable on the footy field. We divide Auskickers by age to ensure safe and fair play, and we also offer optional all-girls groups to promote inclusivity and diversity.

When you register your child to play with us, they will not only enjoy the experience of playing Auskick, but they will also receive a unique pack of exclusive footy goodies. They will also become an Auskick Junior Club Member for the AFL club of their choice, providing them with access to games. Additionally, they will have the incredible opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes.

NAB AFL Auskick isn't just for kids, though. Parents can also get involved and play a critical role in fostering a fun and inclusive environment. Whether it's coordinating activities, participating in sessions, or simply encouraging their child, parents are an essential part of our club.

As a registered Auskicker, you also have the chance to join Team NAB AFL Auskick, the best Auskick team of all time. Winners of this competition receive a Grand Final Week experience, the opportunity to present a medal to their footy heroes at the Grand Final, and $5,000 spending money for the team captain.
