We have physical activity programmes for children from Kindergarten to Year 6, with a focus on fundamental movement skills.

Sport and physical activity is a valued and accepted part of our school's curriculum, contributing to the development of the whole child. It provides a vehicle for social, physical, emotional and moral learning and is an important expression of our culture.

The participation, enjoyment, and skill development of our students is the cornerstone of the school sport/ physical activity programme. All our students take part in this programme.

Auskick will run again at Wyrallah Rd PS during term 1 2016. First session Friday 13th February 3. 10pm-4. 10pm and Continuing Fridays for 8 weeks.

Please note weeks 5-8 of the programme will be at Mortimer oval Lismore from 4. 00pm-5. 00pm. In 2015 all participants must register and pay online.

There are also opportunities to represent our school at interschool sports competitions. As a NSW public school we benefit from the opportunities for shared activities and competitions with other schools, coordinated by school sport associations. See the School Sport Unit website for details.

Our school holds three major carnivals each year – Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics.

The students are divided into four sports groups that compete in the Athletics, Cross Country and Swimming Carnivals each year.
