Here at Wyong RSL Bowling Club all visitors & new members are welcome. So if you have played Bowls before or just wish to try Bowls, either contact us or just come along. We are a small and friendly Bowling Club offering great facilities for both men and women bowlers.
The Wyong RSL Bowling Club (Men’s) was formed in 1960 with the first Championships held in 1962. The original green was located in front of the RSL Club and there was a clubhouse in Margaret St. The green was moved to the present location & the Club house was relocated to its present position in 1990. The mens’ club experienced success in 1982 & 1983 winning the CCDBA No 6 Pennant.
The Wyong RSL Women’s Bowling Club was formed in 1962. There has been a tradition of an annual game being played at alternate venues with Wyong RSL Bowling Club playing for different shields against Ourimbah, Norah Head & Wyong. The club has also though small with only the 1 green participated in the CCD Womens Pennants with the 2010 Division 4 team winning Section 4 but going down in the sectional play-offs.
