The club follows a Constitution that outlines its governance structure, policies, and procedures. In addition, the club has appropriate insurances and referees in place to ensure the safety and fair play in all its matches and events.

The Coaches Corner is a valuable resource for team coaches, providing them with the information and tools they need to guide their players towards success. It offers training tips, game strategies, and professional development opportunities to enhance the coaching skills within the club.

Wynnum Rugby Union Club welcomes members of all ages and genders. It offers various membership options, including Senior Rugby for adults, Junior Rugby for children and teenagers, Women's Rugby for female players, and Veterans Rugby for those aged 35 and above. The club also has a unique programme called Battered Bugs Rugby, designed for individuals with disabilities or who have had a stroke, providing them with an opportunity to participate in the sport they love.
