The Woodville Hockey Club is a diverse and inclusive hockey club providing avenues for the local community to learn, play and master the sport of Hockey. We cater for beginners of all ages right up to the elite levels of the Hockey SA leading League. With active members from age 5 to 65, the club affords the opportunity to anyone with a passion for Hockey.
The founding philosophy of the Woodville Hockey Club was to give any player, volunteer, or coach the opportunity to compete and participate at any level including the highest, regardless of wealth, education, race, or ability. That philosophy has helped provide a sporting club, service, and facility in the local community that gave the opportunity for the public to be welcomed and actively participate in Hockey. Located at Robert Haigh Reserve, Woodville North, the club offers clubrooms (inc. Bar and Canteen), international standard wet/dry artificial field accompanied with 3 grass fields which assists in achieving this philosophy.
