Wingham Memorial Swimming Pool is a community aquatic centre located in Greater Taree City Council, New South Wales, Australia. As part of YMCA NSW, this sports club is dedicated to giving back to the local community through a range of youth and community programmes. The swimming pool features a 50m outdoor pool, perfect for those who want to do laps and stay fit. There is also a children's wading pool, providing a safe and enjoyable space for younger swimmers. Wingham Memorial Swimming Pool is open on weekdays from 6am to 6pm, Saturdays from 9am to 6pm, Sundays from 10am to 5pm, and public holidays from 10am to 5pm. Please note that the pool is closed on Monday, October 23rd from 6am to 12pm.
In terms of activities, the club offers swimming lessons and squads for those who want to improve their swimming skills or join a more competitive environment. To help individuals assess their swimming abilities and determine what “swim animal” they are, the club provides a quick and convenient online swimming assessment.
Memberships can be easily managed online, allowing members to have control over their accounts, including membership and class suspensions.
