WCB Is running a 4 week Fundamentals program which will teach you all the basics of boxing, starting on Saturday the 9th of February @ 9:30am.
This course is for beginners who are looking to learn the basics of boxing in a fun and safe way. We understand that many people want to participate in boxing training but are worried that they don't know what to do or that they are going to get hit. This course is completely non-contact so there is no risk of you being hit or hurt. The 4 week boxing fundamentals course is the perfect start for anyone who is looking to try boxing training. You will learn correct technique and how to use the equipment used in boxing, fully preparing you to start training.
What you will learn in this 4 Weeks Fundamentals Course:
- Correct boxing stance
- Correct punching technique
- How to use focus pads correctly
- Injury prevention
- Learn Self Defence
