Welcome to Western Raptors Junior Rugby Union Club, located in the heart of Sydney! We are a thriving sports club dedicated to fostering a love for the game of rugby union among young boys and girls in our community.

At Western Raptors Junior Rugby Union Club, we offer a range of programmes to suit players of all ages and skill levels. Our Girls 7's team competes in tournaments on Sundays, playing a fast-paced, 7 aside format. Open to ages 11-16, this programme is designed to develop rugby skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a supportive and inclusive environment.

For those who prefer the traditional XV's format, we offer our Juniors programme on Sundays. Open to ages 10-16, players have the opportunity to participate in competitive matches against other clubs in Sydney. This programme focuses on developing both individual skill sets and team strategies, while also instilling a passion for the sport and a commitment to fair play.

If your child is just starting out their rugby journey, our Minis programme is a great place to begin. Held on Saturdays, this non-competition programme is open to boys and girls aged 5-9. Our experienced coaches and volunteers provide a safe and fun environment for children to learn the basics of rugby, including running, passing, and tackling, through interactive drills and small-sided games.

Our coaching staff is highly qualified and has undergone all necessary background checks to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
