West Maitland Junior RLFC Inc. (Maitland and District Junior Rugby League)

It could be argued that our roots go back as far as 20 May 1911 – the First ever game of Rugby League, outside of Sydney, West Maitland defeating Kurri, (20-6). This was played at the enclosed Albion Ground, now Maitland Showground.

Over the past hundred years +, dedicated volunteers and sponsors have delivered support to our club.

Our club is focused on Schoolboys rugby league and our aim as a club is to provide a safe and fun environment for any young person, irrespective of ability or background, to learn the game of Rugby League and play the game we love.
