Wanderer's Amateur Fishing Club

Wanderer's Amateur Fishing Club is a member of QAFCA (Queensland Amateur Fishing Clubs Association) and holds fishing competitions on Sunday's (when tides and weather allows). Members and guests travel to different locations by boat, and then get out of the boats and fish from the beach for five (5) hours. At the end of this time period, a weigh-in is done, and different winners announced based on quantities, sizes, varieties etc. We strictly abide by fishing bag limits, and all boats used in the club must be insured.

Visitor's can attend three (3) times, and then it is put to a vote at the meeting if that person will be invited to become a full member.
