VIPERS FC is a well-established sports club located in Adelaide, South Australia, with a strong focus on creating football pathways for communities in the Western suburbs. The club is proud to be a close-knit football family, with a dedicated team of volunteers who are passionate about developing players and providing ample opportunities for growth. VIPERS FC offers various teams for different age groups, including Mini Roos (U6-U11), Juniors (U12-U17), Seniors, Reserves, Collegiate, and exclusive Girls teams.
During winter, which runs from March to September, the U6 to U17 teams participate in matches on Sunday mornings, while Seniors, Reserves, and the Collegiate team play on Saturday afternoons. The Girls teams have their matches on Sundays. The club places a strong emphasis on fostering camaraderie, with the U6 and U7 age groups prioritising friendly interactions and remaining ungraded. As players progress to the U8 and above age groups, grading is introduced to ensure balanced teams based on grading outcomes and match performance.
VIPERS FC also offers trials for Mini Roos and Juniors before the start of the season. These trials provide an opportunity for players to showcase their skills and join the appropriate team. The club's commitment to player development is also evident through the introduction of a new partnership with Player Performance Project (PPP), which aims to elevate the success and performance of the club.
In addition to providing a platform for players to grow and improve, VIPERS FC actively seeks sponsorships to support the club's growth and enhance the participation of kids. Sponsors contribute to the purchase of uniforms, insurance, soccer gear, travel expenses, and tournament registration fees, ensuring that the club can provide a fulfilling football experience for its members.
