The Victorian Amateur Pistol Association is the only Victorian Target Pistol Shooting body affiliated with Pistol Australia. Through our affiliation to Pistol Australia, VAPA is the only body to offer members a pathway for selection in Australian Teams to the Commonwealth Games, Olympic Games and other international target shooting competitions including ISSF World Cups, NRA Bianchi Cup and WA1500 World Championships. Through our association with Pistol Australia, VAPA is affiliated with Australian International Shooting Limited (AISL), the Australian Sports Commission (ASC), the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF), Australian Commonwealth Games Association (ACGA) and the Oceania Shooting Federation. Other Pistol Australia affiliations include the World Association 1500 and the National Rifle Association (NRA) of America.
