Varsity Lakes Paddlers Club

Welcome to Varsity Lakes Paddlers Club, formerly known as Nerang River Canoe Club. In October 2011, the club relocated to the picturesque Varsity Lakes Boat Shed and changed its name to reflect the support of the local community. Despite the change, the club has preserved its identity with the iconic club colours of red, white, and black and a new logo that pays homage to the old while embracing the new.

Club members actively participate in Marathon and Sprint races organised by clubs throughout Brisbane, the North and South Coasts, and Northern NSW. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned paddler, the club offers several experienced coaches who can provide guidance, training sessions, and technique improvements. The coaches are dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals or preparing them for competitive races.
