At United Martial Arts and Fitness Academy, we offer 11 different programmes tailored to all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a child, teenager, or adult, we have classes to suit your needs. With a supportive and encouraging environment, you can train with confidence knowing you're in safe hands.
Our kids classes, designed for ages four to 14, focus on character development, teaching important life skills such as discipline, self-control, and respect. We incorporate the UMF Character Development System, which includes Non-Striking Solutions and the Bully Buster System ™. These systems help children become resilient, confident, and capable of standing up for themselves.
For adults, we offer Wing Chun Kung Fu classes, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, Street Edge Krav Maga classes, and Kickboxing 4 Kids Fitness Programme classes. Each programme is specifically designed to provide a challenging and rewarding fitness experience while teaching effective self-defence techniques.
UMF has a dedicated training space located at Unit 3, 7 Civil Rd, Garbutt Qld 4814. Our instructors are experienced and passionate about helping you achieve your fitness and martial arts goals. We offer classes from 4:00pm to 9:00pm, with additional times available by appointment.
