Welcome to the Two Wells Equestrian and Pony Club, a leading sports club located in the District Council of Mallala, South Australia. Established in January 1979 as the Two Wells and Districts Club, our club has a rich history and a strong presence in the local community.
The club was founded by Pentti Puro and Don Clark, who served as the first President and Vice President, respectively. In its early days, the club conducted rallies in an area adjacent to Booloman Minga, thanks to the Williams family who made the space available. As the club grew, it approached the Mallala Council in 1983 for grounds, and in 1986, permanent grounds on Aunger Road, Lewiston, became available.
In 1987, the club reached another milestone with the construction of Clubrooms on the grounds, providing a dedicated space for gatherings, meetings, and events. These Clubrooms have become an integral part of the club and serve as a hub for equestrian enthusiasts to come together and share their passion.
Located at 34 Aunger Road, Lewiston SA 5501, our club is nestled in a beautiful and picturesque area, providing the perfect setting for riders of all levels to enjoy their equestrian pursuits. Whether you are a seasoned rider or a beginner looking to experience the joy of horse riding, Two Wells Equestrian and Pony Club is the place for you.
As a member of our club, you will have access to top-notch facilities, including well-maintained riding arenas, cross-country courses, and ample stabling for your horses.
