Our massive 550m2 facility has dedicated training areas for Martial Arts (including an MMA cage, a full size boxing ring, 120m2 of Zebra mats and 10m of Zebra wall pads), Strength & Conditioning Areas, Gym, Personal Training Areas, a lounge to kick back and relax in and shower facilities making training before and after work easy. We also have a dedicated pro fight & fitness shop which stocks a wide range of martial arts gear, fitness gear, protein, supplements, apparel.
