

I’m Charles Trewin a personal trainer specialising in weight loss, muscle gain and healthy living. I focus on exclusive personal training and run small group training sessions and an outdoor boot camp on a weekly basis.
One on one training sessions run all week. Outdoor boot camp are at 8am under the Story Bridge. Small group training sessions at Goodlife Health Clubs, Fortitude Valley are held at 5pm Monday afternoons and 6am Wednesday mornings.
