Little Athletics is a family involved sport for children between the ages of 5 and 15.
The children perform in 5 different events each week including: running (sprints, hurdles), jumping (high jump, long jump, triple jump), throwing (shot put, discus, javelin) and walking (race walking).
We run a weekly Saturday programme between October and March.
We sometimes hold Wednesday night meets, which are required when a Region/State meet is to be held on a weekend.
