Track Cycling Western Australia has resurrected track cycling in this state, from the point of being almost “dead and buried” in 2002, to the resurgence being enjoyed now. A small group of officials invited from existing state affiliated clubs were pulled together, in an attempt to keep the sport going. To turn the sport around to a position the sport finds itself in now, has been a long and dedicated journey, brought about by a very committed group of men and women that believed we had a discipline worth salvaging.
