Townsville Outrigger Canoe Club (TOCC) is a sports club located in Townsville, North Queensland. Established in 1990, TOCC is a passionate and competitive club that introduced outrigger canoeing to the area. Over the years, the club has grown significantly and now boasts a fleet of modern and relatively new vessels to accommodate the ongoing enthusiasm for paddling all types of craft.

TOCC is affiliated with the Australian Outrigger Canoe Racing Association (AOCRA), the National Peak Body for outrigger canoeing in Australia. Joining TOCC requires paying membership fees, which are divided into two components. The AOCRA Insurance & Registration Fee is payable to the Australian Outrigger Canoe Racing Association via their website. Members receive an AOCRA ID number, which is also needed to log in to the TOCC website. The Townsville Outrigger Canoe Club Membership Fee is paid online through the club's Join or Renew page and contributes to the development and maintenance of the club, including equipment, insurance, capital purchases, and club development.
