The Southport School Gymnastics Club

The Southport School Gymnastics club is a Men’s Artistic Gymnastics programme, catering for boys age 5 and up. The club caters for both recreational and competitive gymnastics.

Boys in gymnastics classes are taught the fundamentals of body control through the three important aspects of flexibility, physical strength and body coordination. With these skills, boys can increase their level of fitness and agility; a beneficial aspect to any sport.
