The mind-body connexion created through classical Pilates is nurtured in our small and personalised classes. Our highly experienced and well-trained teachers guide you on your individual journey, ensuring that the challenges offered are suitable to your body.

What sets us apart from other studios is that we are fully equipped with the most authentic Pilates equipment available. Our studio, located in Blackwood, is proud to be one of the only authentic Pilates studios in Australasia and the most fully equipped studio in South Australia. We take great pride in carrying on the tradition of Pilates as it was intended by its creator, Joseph Pilates.

Our services include tower, reformer, small equipment, and mat classes. We cater to a maximum of 6 people per class, ensuring a personalised and focused experience. Our private classes are designed to cater to individual goals, while our group classes are tailored to each group's specific requirements.

Our owner and head teacher, Kim Paxton, along with Rachel, Leila, Donna-Marie, and Laura Jane, are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals and transform your life through authentic Pilates.
