Welcome to Team Dance! Located in the vibrant Camden Council area, Team Dance is a sports club that offers a wide range of dance, cheerleading, aerial, and performing arts tuition. With a focus on excitement, fun, and a friendly atmosphere, Team Dance welcomes boys and girls of all ages, starting from 2 years old, all the way up to our adult classes.
Whether you're looking to dance for fun, make new friends, or join one of our competition groups, we have a class that will cater to your needs. Our extensive list of classes includes dance styles such as jazz, tap, hip-hop, classical ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and more, as well as other performing arts options like singing, musical theatre, drama, and acrobatics. We also offer cheerleading, aerial silks, aerial lyra, and all-ability/support classes in dance and cheerleading.
At Team Dance, we take pride in our highly qualified instructors who are experts in their respective fields. We follow renowned syllabuses, such as the Glenn Wood Tap Syllabus, Australian Teachers of Dance (ATOD) Ballet Syllabus, and the Australian Association of Acrobatics Syllabus. For cheerleading, we use the Australian All-Star Cheerleading and Born to Fly Aerial Curriculum. Whether you're a recreational dancer or interested in competing, we have options for everyone.
Conveniently located at 23 Rodeo Rd, Gregory Hills, our state-of-the-art studio premises provide a fantastic environment for learning and practising. With three large dance studios, a spacious cheer and acrobatics centre, and a dedicated area for aerial silks and lyra, our facilities are second to none. Parents can relax in our comfortable waiting room, equipped with live CCTV footage for peace of mind, while our students have their own separate waiting room.
To make things even more convenient, we have a dancewear store on-site, ensuring that you have everything you need for your classes. From dance shoes to uniforms, we've got you covered.
Beyond our regular classes, Team Dance is also home to TD Playgroup, where young children can develop their motor skills through music and movement. Additionally, our club organises the annual In the Spotlight Dance Challenge, creating opportunities for dancers to showcase their talents and compete on a larger scale.
