The Tasmanian Motor Cycle Club was formed in 1905 and has run continuously since, and claims to be the second-oldest club in the British Commonwealth. (In writing the club history I believe that statement to be even better than that, but I am still trying to verify).

Frequently Asked Questions
We currently conduct Race Events and Ride/Clinic Days in accordance with Motorcycling Australia Regulations throughout the year. Ride Days focus on fun and a controlled environment to help riders hone their skills, roadcraft and bike knowledge.
We are based at Symmons Plains Raceway, located 30km south of Launceston on the Midlands Highway. The circuit is a 2.4km long circuit running anti-clockwise.
Monthly committee meetings are held at the meeting room at Gunners Arms Tavern with a 7pm start time on the first Thursday of the month. All members are welcome.
