Tamworth City Dance Academy (TCDA) is a highly acclaimed sports club located in Tamworth, New South Wales. Established in 2009, TCDA is dedicated to helping regional dancers realise their full potential in various dance styles. The academy has been recognised for its excellence in dance and has won numerous awards, including the 2019 Regional Business of the Year and the 2019 NSW State, Regional & Tamworth Business Award for Excellence in Small Business.

Enrolment for Term 1 of 2024 will open in December. Interested individuals can register their interest through an online form on the TCDA website. The academy offers classes for classical ballet, lyrical and contemporary dance, hip hop, jazz, tap, acro, musical theatre, tinys (for ages 3-5), aerial silks and lyra, adult classes, and even special “Mummy and Me” sessions.

TCDA also organises a massive annual production at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment Centre, showcasing the talents of their students and providing them with valuable performance opportunities.
