Synergy Yoga & Pilates

Did my passion for teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga and pilates. I began attending workshops and training programmes with national and international teachers, expanding my knowledge and skillset.

At Synergy Yoga & Pilates, we aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of their age, fitness level, or prior experience. Our mission is to make movement accessible for everybody, and we believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their own unique practise.

Our studio is located in Adelaide, Australia, and we offer a variety of classes and workshops, both in-person and online. Our class timetable includes yoga, pilates, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitive mindful movement sessions. Whether you're new to yoga and pilates or have been practising for years, our experienced and passionate teachers are here to guide you on your journey.

In addition to regular classes, we also offer specialised training programmes for those looking to deepen their practise or become certified teachers. Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training and Trauma Sensitive Mindful Movement Teacher Training are designed for individuals who want to expand their knowledge and share these practises with others.

At Synergy Yoga & Pilates, we understand the importance of holistic wellness. That's why we also offer wellness coaching, mindfulness courses, and a range of resources, including e-books and audio packs, to support your wellbeing journey.

We are proud to be a host to many national and international yoga teachers and educators, who bring their expertise and unique perspectives to our studio. We have also expanded our offerings to include online classes and meditation sessions via platforms such as meditation. Live and Zoom Room, so you can join us from the comfort of your own home.
