For children aged 7 to 11, we offer the Little Ninjas Programme. This programme aims to teach children how to gain control of their mind, body, and emotions, while also providing a fun and high-energy workout to enhance their mental and physical performance.

Our Junior Karate Programme is perfect for teenagers, offering a mix of fun and hard work based on the Kaizen Ryu Freestyle Karate system. This programme welcomes students of all levels, ensuring that everyone can improve their skills and enjoy the benefits of martial arts.

For adults, we have the Adult Martial Arts Programme, which offers a diverse range of training options, including Freestyle Karate, Traditional Weapons, Extreme Martial Arts, Kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu.
