
Sydney’s club wear the traditional NSW state colour, blue, and embrace an old-school baseball name in being christened the Blue Sox. New South Wales is home to some of Australia’s most successful players including All-Star reliever Grant Balfour, Ryan Rowland-Smith and Trent Oeltjen.
The Blue Sox call Blue Sox Stadium in Sydney’s West home. The hallowed Blacktown grounds have played host to some of the world’s premiere baseball teams including the United States national team and noted clubs such as Korea’s LG Twins and Lotte Giants.
