This concentrated programme allows for noticeable progress in a short period of time.
For a fun and low-impact workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Sue Howlett Swim School offers Aqua Aerobics classes. These classes combine fun and fitness and can be paid for individually or through the purchase of a pass. Private tuition is also available for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
