The school provides well-trained and experienced school horses and ponies for lessons, or riders may choose to bring their own horses. They provide comprehensive instruction in all aspects of horse riding, as well as specialised tuition in the Olympic disciplines of Jumping, Eventing, and Dressage. Martina Kovacs, the founder of Sterntaler, is available to teach more advanced and competition riders.

Sterntaler Equestrian Services also offers regular clinics with esteemed coaches, Robert Stewart and Ron Patterson. Robert, a Level 3 Showjumping coach and former International Showjumping and Eventing rider, brings expertise in jumping to Sterntaler's clients. Ron, a Level 3 Dressage Coach and International Dressage Judge, provides specialised training in dressage. Both Robert and Ron are also Equestrian Australia Coach Educators and can assist coaches in working towards their coaching accreditation.

A notable highlight of Sterntaler is their recently constructed fully surfaced indoor arena. This state-of-the-art facility allows riders to train and ride regardless of the weather conditions. The indoor arena is a fantastic addition to the school, making it possible for riders to ride comfortably during rain or extreme heat.

Sterntaler Equestrian Services is also involved in breeding Warmblood horses for training in the Olympic disciplines. Their horses are bred from influential Australian and International Thoroughbred and Warmblood stallions. The school operates every day during school holidays, offering half-day and full-day sessions, as well as private lessons of various durations. Sterntaler only closes on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day, ensuring riders have ample opportunities for lessons and camps.
