Are you the owner of Step into Life - East Vic Park?
As part of Step into Life, you will experience fitness in a friendly, safe and supportive environment with a constant variety of sessions that are both fun and challenging.
Whether your goal is weight loss×, strength and conditioning or specific training for one of our many annual events, I guarantee you will find Step into Life physically, mentally and socially rewarding.
Train in a group and have a laugh, but also benefit from one – on – one attention from ME your personal trainer and be highly motivated by all your training buddies. Once you join, you have your own personal progress diary and can be assured that your progress is monitored with regular fitness evaluations and progress reports.
