Welcome to Step into Life Box Hill. If you've tried the gym and found it wasn't for you, then embrace the fresh air and fun with Box Hill's group exercise expert! I am a knowledgeable and experienced Personal Trainer, with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, majoring in Physical Health and Activity, Exercise Science and Health Promotion. I take great pride in every one of my members for committing to their fitter and healthier lifestyles, and am passionate about sharing my knowledge with the Box Hill community.
