St Helens Little Athletics Centre

St Helens Little Athletics Centre is a vibrant sports club located in the Break O'Day Council of Tasmania. The centre is dedicated to promoting and developing the athletic skills of children aged 3 to 16 in a fun and supportive environment.

Led by Centre Manager Kaelene, St Helens Little Athletics Centre offers a range of athletic events and activities for children to participate in. The centre is equipped with a state-of-the-art Sporting Complex, providing a safe and modern facility for athletes to train and compete.

St Helens Little Athletics Centre believes in the importance of early childhood development and offers a Tiny Tots programme for children aged 3 to 5. This programme introduces young children to basic athletic skills through a variety of fun and age-appropriate activities.

The centre is part of the Little Athletics Tasmania network, which provides a structured competition programme throughout the season. Athletes have the opportunity to compete in a range of track and field events, including sprints, long jumps, shot puts, and relays.
