We believe the power of dance can improve confidence and self-esteem, increase fitness and create new friendships. It is YOUR right to DANCE and to FEEL good on the inside AND out.
Squad Dance Studios provides classes for the absolute beginner. Whether your keen to stay fit, learn a new skill or just let off some steam, our judgement free classes welcome Women & Men of all levels & abilities.
We understand that your lives can be very busy and that sometimes it’s hard to commit to termly classes, which is why we have flexible options for those who can attend on a regular or casual basis.
