Sport for Life Lower Newcastle

Sport for Life has been running school PDHPE and Holiday programmes for the last seven years in the N. newcastle, Hunter Valley and Central Coast area.

All staff are Department of Sport & Recreation screened. We run a wide variety of programmes including Gymnastics, Athletics, Fitness, Dance, Baseball, Touch Football and Soccer to name a few.

Our holiday programmes are designed for children of all skill levels and give children the chance to experience a wide variety of sports and fitness activities.
