At Southern ITF Taekwon-Do, we teach the Chang Hon style of Taekwon-Do, which was developed by General Choi Hong Hi. This style focuses on both mental and physical discipline, helping students to develop confidence, resilience, and concentration. Our classes are designed to be fun and physically challenging, suitable for men, women, and children. We have specific classes for children aged 6-11 and mixed classes for adults and children. We also offer high-intensity interval training and yoga poses to improve strength and flexibility.
